I. Information relating to the privacy policy for this site

1. This section contains information on how to manage the site www.multivideo.it with reference to the processing of user data on the aforementioned site.
2. This information is also valid on the basis of art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, Code regarding the protection of personal data, and for the purposes of art. 13 of the EU Regulation n. 2016/679, relating to the protection of individuals, with regard to the processing of personal data and the free circulation of such data, for those who interact with Multivideo s.r.l., and can be reached at the address corresponding to the home page www.multivideo.it
3. The information is provided only for Multivideo s.r.l. and not for other websites that may be consulted by the user through links contained therein.
4. The purpose of this document is to provide information on the methods, timing and nature of the information that the data controllers must provide to users when connecting to the aforementioned site, regardless of the purpose, according to Italian and European legislation.

2. Place of processing is Montecosaro at the address indicated above.
3. The person in charge of the processing of personal data also relating to the sending of newsletters is the person indicated in point 1 of this paragraph.

III. Cookies

1. Cookies are small text strings (letters and / or numbers) that websites send to the computer or any other device used to visit a website. IV. Data processing methods

1. This site, like all sites, makes use of Log Files for the correct use of the same, in which information is stored in an automated manner while the user is browsing; they could be the Internet Protocol address, (IP), name of the Internet Service Provider (ISP), type of browser, date and time of view, origin from another site (referral), and any number of clicks.
2. This information is collected in an automated manner and in order to block attempts to damage the site or prevent any crimes, but are never used for the identification or profiling of the user.

V. User rights

Article 13 paragraph 2 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679 lists the user's rights:
- right of the interested party to ask the owner for access to his personal data, their updating, their rectification, their integration, their limitation and the right of portability of data (articles 7‐15‐16‐18‐20‐21)
- right to request cancellation of data concerning him, transformation into anonymous form, or their blocking, at the end of the purposes and purposes for which they were collected (Article 17)
- in case of violation of the law, the user can make a complaint to the Personal Data Protection Authority, as the authority in charge on the Italian territory.

VI. Data security

This site processes user data in a lawful and correct manner, adopting appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or unauthorized destruction of data.
